Our Commitment to Ethical Supply Chains

As part of our dedication to responsible business practices, we take a strong stand against human trafficking and slavery in our supply chain. In line with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657), we ensure our suppliers operate ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws.

We have established Standards for Supplier Conduct to guide our expectations. These standards address critical issues such as fair labor practices, ethical hiring, compliance with laws, safe working conditions, and environmental responsibility. Suppliers working with us must agree to follow these standards and certify their compliance as a condition of doing business.

To monitor compliance, we use both internal assessments and third-party audits. These audits, which may be announced or unannounced, help us ensure suppliers meet our expectations for ethical operations. Additionally, suppliers must confirm that the materials in their products adhere to the anti-slavery and anti-trafficking laws of the countries in which they operate.

Accountability extends to our own team. Employees responsible for supply chain management receive training to recognize and mitigate risks of trafficking and slavery. Noncompliance with our ethical standards may result in disciplinary action, including termination.

We believe transparency and collaboration are key to maintaining a supply chain that reflects our values. By working closely with our suppliers and employees, we remain committed to creating a positive impact and ensuring our operations align with our principles of fairness and integrity.
